Example Portfolios

As Technical Communication and Rhetoric majors, students are required to take the ENGL 5430 Technical Communication Capstone class. In this course, students learn how develop successful job application materials such as portfolio websites, resumes, cover letters, as well as prepare for job interviews. The capstone course combines skills learned throughout the program, and the portfolios assigned in the class give students the chance to create a polished record of the work they developed during their time in the major.
