Destination: Exterminate or Save Troy (D.E.S.Troy) is a role-playing game developed to simulate the Greek attack on the city of Troy. Students, alumni and other interested parties play characters in the epic cycle about Troy, with teachers (naturally) taking the role of deities. Players can bolster their characters’ offensive and defensive capabilities through agones (labors) the gods demand. These range from one-on-one duels to grammar quizzes. The game’s action takes place online in Zoom rooms and on a web site designed for this game.
