Archaeological Data Analytics

Graduate Certificate

Overview

The Archaeological Data Analytics Certificate prepares students to construct, manage, analyze, and report on data produced in cultural resource management, environmental consulting, or academic contexts. Designed for practicing professionals seeking on-the-job training, participants gain practical programming and data analysis skills they can apply in their current position or grow into new professional opportunities.

The Graduate Certificate in Archaeological Data Analytics is designed to prepare both fully matriculated graduate students and current professionals wishing to enhance their portfolios and implement data analytics within the context of cultural resource management. The certificate combines graduate-level anthropology classes with coursework offered through the Master in Data Analytics program. Thus, this certificate may be earned as a stand-alone certification or as part of USU Anthropology graduate programs.
