In an era of conflict and increasing social and political change, the dream of peace may seem like an unachievable one, but students in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences are learning how to make gains in real and measurable ways.
Through coursework, research, experiential learning, and public outreach, students actively engage in strategies to identify underlying issues and move the conversation forward. An interdisciplinary approach provides context for complex problem-solving and ensures that students leave the Heravi Peace Institute ready to engage as professionals in their local communities and the world at large.
