James Workman

Biography

James is from Salt Lake City, and learned French while living in the South of France. He graduated from USU with a Bachelor of Arts in French. Afterwards, he continued studying French at Western University in Ontario, Canada, where he was a graduate instructor of French. He returned to USU for the MSLT, and was a 2018-2019 recipient of the French-American Cultural Exchange (FACE) Foundation's Future Immersion Teacher (FIT) fellowship. During his second year in the MSLT, he was hired to teach Dual Language Immersion (DLI) French for Cache County School District. He will continue in that position full-time, and plans to build his career in the Utah DLI program.
