Madison Asbill Gray graduated from USU in 2018 with a Bachelor's in English (Creative Writing emphasis).

Since then, she's put her English degree to good use as Content Lead for a small marketing firm in Salt Lake City. She reserves her early mornings for fiction writing: polishing short stories, participating in contests, and revising her manuscript for the umpteenth time. 

Madison has stories featured in publications like October Hill Magazine, Manzano Mountain Review, and Feels Blind Literary.

Of her time at USU, Madison reflects, “I loved being an English major at USU. I've always loved reading and writing, but the creative writing program taught me to implement feedback, to write for specific audiences, to love editing. I wouldn't be the writer I am today without the professors at USU.”
