Biography

Quinn Eury (they/them) is a master's student and graduate research assistant in the Anthropology department, advised by Dr. David Byers. Originally from North Carolina and a staunch defender of Cheerwine, they graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020 with a BA in Anthropology. Their research concerns the taphonomic patterns of canids, focusing on the wolves of Yellowstone National Park. Before joining USU in 2023, Quinn worked in cultural resource management and environmental remediation. They are a little dehydrated all the time and enjoy collecting old glass bottles and micromanaging the care of their many plants.
