Biography
Dr. Van Geem is an assistant professor with an emphasis in teaching in the Sociology Program at Utah State University. He primarily teaches undergraduate courses at USU, including degree requirements for sociology majors like Social Statistics, as well as topical courses related to crime and deviance. He helped design and implement the four-year Criminal Justice major, and currently serves as the Undergraduate Program Director for the Sociology Program. In his free time, Dr. Van Geem enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and playing poker.
