Dr. Eric Reither and Sojung Lim, two key contributors of research to the New York Magazine Article

Two of our Sociology professors and a Ph.D. student conducted research that is now a source in an article in New York Magazine.

The story "COVID-19’s Racial Death Gap was Predictable," by Zak Cheney-Rice, relies on the results of research conducted by Drs. Eric Reither, prof of sociology, and assistant prof Sojung Lim, with doctoral student Max Roberts.

The research was funded in part by Utah Agricultural Experiment Station.
