Biography
Professor Ross' research focuses on American political development, constitutional theory, and the development of representative institutions in American politics. His research has been published in Presidential Studies Quarterly, Polity, and Publius. He also is the author of the book The Framers' Intentions: The Myth of the Nonpartisan Constitution from the University of Notre Dame Press. Professor Ross teaches courses on American politics and political theory.
