Lactation Room

Description

Equipped with comfortable seating, a sink, and a refrigerator, this room offers privacy and a dedicated
space to meet the lactation needs of students, staff, and faculty. More than 12% of USU students are
parents, and for some, having a lactation room can mean the difference between taking a leave from
their studies and being able to complete their degree on time. Additionally, a centrally-located space
designed to meet the needs of new parents will help foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for
individuals balancing multiple roles and responsibilities.
