Front Garden

Description

Prominently located outside the new building and facing the historic Quad, the front garden is an
opportunity to honor local culture and the land on which USU was built. By selecting native plant
species that are significant for Utah’s indigenous community, the front garden will celebrate medicinal
plants that have sacred and ceremonial importance for indigenous populations and will bring local,
national, and international communities together in the hopes of creating a space for greater
connectedness and shared experiences.
