Bike Storage

Description

The secure bike storage and shower facilities will facilitate additional transportation options for students and support commuters wishing to reduce their carbon footprint. The bike room also offers storage for department employees who commute to campus by bike. By making it easier for students and faculty to bring their bikes to campus, even in inclement weather, this space contributes to the building’s LEED certification, which guides the design of cost-saving, energy-efficient, environmentally green buildings.
