Biography
My name is Christopher Bennion Garff, I was born in Gooding Idaho and was raised in Tooele Utah. I currently live in Logan Utah. I received a BS in Broadcast Journalism and a MS in Instructional Technology from Utah State University. I have worked at USU producing video content for many different departments and mediums. I have also free lanced for many different production companies and television networks.
I am a huge fan of Logan and the surrounding areas due in large part to the hobbies and activities that I partake in. The first of which and am the most passionate about is water skiing. I love to slalom water ski and Cache Valley provides plenty of opportunities for me to partake in the abundant supply of smooth water. I love sports and more importantly I love to play sports. I am huge fan of basketball. I have been known to play in a few slow-pitch softball leagues. I also love to bowl, my high game is a 255 and look to improve that whenever I get the chance. I always try to find time get outdoors and enjoy what is out there by backpacking, camping, and fishing.
Teaching Interests
My area of expertise is video production and I teach intro to video, broadcast news, and multi-media courses.
Research Interests
In my spare time I am continually working to better my skills in video production. I create video content for professional organizations across the state, which include, news outlets and other clients in need of high quality video.
