Biography

Jennifer Peeples is a Full Professor of Communication Studies. Her work uses environmental and visual rhetoric to examine discourses of energy transition and the construction of toxicity. In addition to journal articles and book chapters, she is the co-author/co-editor of three books, including Under Pressure: Coal Industry Rhetoric and Neoliberalism (2016), and Voice and Environmental Communication (2014).
