On Friday, March 26, 2021, History major/Classics minor Daniel R. Porter along with 40 ROTC cadets will complete his URCO-funded research project and re-enact the famous Athenian charge against the Persians at the battle of Marathon in 490 BCE. They will run under heavy weight starting at 2:00 pm from the Logan Country Club, continuing down Aggie boulevard, and ending at Old Main on the quad between 2:15 and 2:30. Cheer them on from a safe distance and celebrate with us at the end of CHaSS week!
