About the Position
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support campus engagement, intern recruitment and early talent programs. Through your internal and external partnerships, you will help design, build and deliver on a campus strategy that fuels Concentrixs growth through an inclusive and diverse workforce.
The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing a robust internship program to pipeline student candidates into full time roles, following graduation
- Partnering with internal business groups to define and validate the demand for campus hires and promote the usage of this talent pipeline
- Analyzing the talent demand-generation and requirements-gathering process internally and securing appropriate headcount approvals across multiple business units
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Working towards a bachelor's degree or at least 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Previous experience developing and executing campus intern recruiting programs for STEM students would be a plus, but not required
- Experience handling large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Accomplished communicator with experience interacting successfully at all levels Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong ability to set expectations, juggle multiple priorities, communicate early when deliverables or deadlines may be missed
- Passion for identifying talent from diverse backgrounds, industries and experiences
