Interfaith Calendar of Religious Events and Holidays

Becoming aware of the important Holy days, festivals, and community rituals that members of differing religious and spiritual traditions hold dear is an important part of interfaith literacy. While there are many interfaith calendars on the web and available for purchase, we've included our Interfaith Holidays and Festivals Calendar for reference.

Building Connections and Community

In the few years since organizing the USU Interfaith Initiative on campus, we’ve seen more and more references to the importance interfaith cooperation—both locally and nationally. On and off campus, in churches and government offices, civic organizations and educational institutions, we’ve found ourselves standing together with many other groups—neighbors supporting one another to reclaim civility and kindness. The USU Interfaith Initiative is grateful to be part of this trend. So, if you know of a great interfaith organization or of a cool interfaith event happening in our community, please let us know! We’ll use this page to help spread the word and to build even stronger bridges of interfaith cooperation—together!
