For years, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences has welcomed new students and a new school year with its annual Light on the Hill (LOTH) celebration.
This free outdoor event is focused on all things CHaSS. USU students are invited to enjoy food, free treats, and entertainment while exploring clubs and meeting our alumni. Bring your friends and meet the people who make our college CHaSStastic!

Light on the Hill 2022
With a little help from USU’s Army ROTC cadets and a very loud cannon, event master of ceremonies, Dean Joe Ward, kicked off this year’s celebration while standing atop the iconic “Block A” statue.
