Social Work Mini Conference

The Transforming Communities Institute, in collaboration with the Department of Social Work, is hosting the 3rd annual USU Social Work Mini Conference on Friday, March 21 from 12-4 PM. This fully virtual, half-day conference offers participants the opportunity to earn up to 4 hours of continuing education, including one hour of ethics and one hour of suicide prevention. Registration is $50, with free access for current field instructors and social work students (please contact TCI@usu.edu for promo codes).

Panel Discussion/Presentation

The emergence of AI has fueled a larger conversation about energy and how we will construct enough to meet the demands of the data centers necessary to power it. Join us to talk about energy, what options are available to us, and the complexities of the question this Friday, 3/21 from 1:00pm - 2:15pm in the Merrill-Cazier library, Room 154.
